In the movie, the Wizard of Oz, Glinda told Dorothy she had the power all along. We, too, have the power to help ourselves when it comes to our own health and wellness.

YOU are the expert on your own health. I use a client-centered approach when working with others. I am not the expert on what you should do. Instead, during our sessions, I will act as a partner and facilitator, supporting you in taking action, creating plans, and achieving goals based on your ideas, strengths, values, interests, and experiences. 

 

No one knows your body like you do. You know your body, your life, and what’s worked well (or not worked well) for you in the past.

With a client-centered approach to coaching, you set the focus of a session and own the insights, the actions steps, the work, and the success. This creates a very powerful environment for you to make significant and sustainable changes in your health.
